Training occurs every Wednesday night, all year round with a summer break with our Head Coach.

Training starts at 7pm, (7.30pm when we move to our astro pitch during the winter months) all players are expected to have arrived, warmed up and be ready to start training by this time.

Matches are played on a Sunday, with the usual kick-off time being 2pm. Home matches for the first team are played at Romsey FC and reserves played at North Baddesley Rec. For away matches, players meet at an agreed meeting point and drive in convoy.
